10/1/2024 Update
The three trees listed below have been removed by Parker Trees. The removal of tree stumps has been postponed to the spring of next year. As the stumps are removed, Cutting Edge will install sod in these bare spots. We are currently accepting bids for the removal of the tree that has fallen in Pond #4.
9/19/2024 Update
The Board has obtained an inventory of trees that are either dead or hazardous and existing tree stumps on our common grounds. We have scheduled some of this work for Monday, September 23 and, depending on the budget, the remainder for later this fall, along with removal of our tree stumps.
We are aware of a dying willow tree along the Pond #6 shoreline as well as a dead tree on Island Woods Drive between Gosling and Trailside, a large tree that has fallen into Pond 3, several pines along the Eagle Road berm that are growing horizontally and wrapped around the utility poles, and both a fallen tree and another leaning tree on Riverford.. Please report other tree problems that you are aware of to Josh @ Sentry Management.
